Principal's Message

I am excited and honored to join the Mountain View Elementary family to serve as the next principal. I believe strongly that each student is a unique person who has an individual pathway to greatness and it is our job to help them on that journey.  For the past two years, I have been the Dean of Students at Grace Yokley Junior High where my job was about supporting students to be the best they can be socially, emotionally, and academically. Prior to joining the GYS team, I had the privilege to serve in a variety of capacities at multiple elementary schools as well as the District Office.

Students’ success is my priority and I look forward to partnering with you to achieve that goal!  There is nothing more powerful than an engaged and collaborative connection between home and school to help students thrive.  I look forward to getting to know the school community and working together. As you see me around campus, please introduce yourself and say “Hi.”  Here’s to a fantastic 2023-2024! Let’s do this!
